Danasiah was born and raised in Harlem, New York. She has a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree from Hunter College in Childhood Special Education. From an early age, she knew she wanted to make an impact in her community by serving the youth. Her very first job was as a teacher’s aide at a daycare center and she’s been working with children ever since. She came to Haven to further her mission of transforming lives through education.
