Jamie is passionate about math and is excited to help her students gain that same love and excitement about learning. She grew up in Arizona and then moved to Utah to receive her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education with a Minor in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. She began teaching in Utah shortly after and spent time teaching both third and fourth grade. She also dabbled in Middle and High School teaching by helping students prepare for the SSAT, SAT, and ACT. She recently made the move to New York and fell in love with Haven and their mission. In her free time she loves being outdoors, listening to books, being in the water, traveling, and spending time with her husband.
