Alyssa graduated from Spelman College in Atlanta, Ga where she received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Shortly after graduating, Alyssa started her teaching career back home in Long Island, NY. There she helped mentally challenged adults learn the skills necessary to obtain employment. In 2016, she moved from Long Island to Manhattan to pursue one of her greatest passions; teaching the little ones. During her free time, Alyssa loves to read, spend time with family, and she is also learning to speak Spanish!
