Elementary School Principal – Leena is a dedicated educator who has over 15 years of experience in teaching and leadership who is committed to providing high-quality educational opportunities for all students. As a Bronx native, Leena is invested in the success of our community. She holds Bachelors degrees in Childhood Education and English Language Arts as well as a Masters Degree in Literacy Education. Leena’s love for children and passion for education drives her to meet children’s unique needs and to help them reach their full potential. Leena finds joy in nurturing children’s curiosity and developing each child’s unique abilities and hopes every classroom at Haven Academy fosters that same spirit of growth and discovery.
